Transaction Currency

• All the transactions on this site are based on Canadian (CDN) currency. The posting of the prices in any other currencies is presented only for mear reference for your. These prices are calculated, based on the morning exchange rate of the day of your consultation and can differ from the prices which will appear on your final account because they will be calculated by paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit card bank based on the exchange rate plus the exchange fee at the moment of the transaction.
• Note that checks may be made in US or Canadian funds. If you want to make your check in US funds, please advice us by email so that we can send your invoice in US fund. Please include your invoice number.

Methods of Payment

Every Need Store requires payment to be made by one of the following methods:

• Visa
• MasterCard
• American Express
• Discover
• Paypal
• Personnal or Company certified Checks

Cancelled Orders

All cancelled orders will be subject to a 5% charge for the credit card transaction fee which we incur.

Production Lead Times

For large orders of survival kits we may require a lead time. We also may require a lead time for large product orders as well.

The above figures represent estimates. If something occurs out of our control which delays the shipment, Guardian Survival Gear, Inc. will not be held responsible. Shipping times vary depending on the destination of the products.

Shipment Charges

• Shipments are sent out by UPS from our warehouse location in Los Angeles California. You will be charged the same freight we are charged.
• For all orders under $30, there is a small order handling fee of $5 added to the total.
• We ship all orders out within 2-5 business days. We often are able to make same day shipments for no additional charge.
• Some times shortages may occur with products. If there are circumstances where we do not have an item to fulfill an order, you will be notify by the next business day. We will either ship the products we do have and then make a second shipment for the missing items as soon as we receive them, or we will wait to ship the entire order together to lower the shipping charges. Please note that it is rare that this will occur but uncontrollable circumstances may cause shortages.
• All risk of loss are the buyer\'responsability upon delivery to carrier (normally UPS). Buyer shall be responsible for obtaining insurance if desired.
• Shipments going to Canada may have an additional customs charge and applicable taxes not handled by Every Need Store. It is the customers responsibility to find out the customs charges for shipments going out of the USA.

Tax Exemption

State tax will be charged in California at the going rate of 7.25%. If an order is placed out of state, the Buyer will be responsible to pay Use Tax according to the state law where the Buyer resides.

Server abuse

Every Need Store will act strongly against all types of server abuse. Possible actions against server abuse may include but are not limited to the following: warnings, account suspension or termination, and civil or criminal legal action. Actions taken will depend on the seriousness of the abuse or attack, and the number of times the attack was attempted.

Children

Children are not eligible to purchase Every Need Store products or use their services. Minors must have a parent or adult sign and assume responsibility for the ordering and distribution of products. All customers must be 18 years old or older.

Indemnification

Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Every Need Store and associates or suppliers harmless from all claims, demands, liabilities, and obligations including reasonable attorney fees for injuries and//or death of any person and loss of or damages to property by whosoever owned products sold from direct or indirect purchases. This is in exception to claims, demands, liabilities, or obligations resulting directly from sole negligence of Every Need Store.
